Wiley the Dalmatian wears his heart on his sleeve. Well, perhaps more like his nose. The now one-year-old puppy became famous all over the internet for his unique heart-shaped marking placed squarely on his face. His over 120k Instagram followers just can’t get enough of him.
His human mom, Lexi Smith, 26 years old, describes her dog as, “54 pounds of goofy, clumsy, sassy, hungry, cuddly, curious, wild, crazy, silly, happy love.” As she said, “No amount of pictures on could ever fully capture all that he is and all that he means to me, he’s my best friend.”
Little Wiley found his way to Smith, that lives in Colorado, from Oklahoma on Saint Patrick’s day in 2018 and while his unique markings make him stand out, Smith says that’s not the reason she chose him.
Fortunately for Wiley, the pair lives in an area where the pup can release some of that energy.
